**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Our clients are Singaporean and European companies ranging from startups to MNCs.

**Your activities**:

- Lead a team of Software Test Engineers to specify, design, implement, and evolve our testing processes and execution, together with the team.
- Define and conduct training related to QA/QC
- Define Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements.
- Develop automated test scripts.
- Conduct manual testing and automated testing.
- Identify, report, and track bugs and their solutions.
- Write Test Reports.
- Communicating with Project Manager and customers on requirements and test results.
- Research about latest test techniques/tools and verify usability for our projects.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a QA/Test Engineer position.
- Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
- Experience with various types of testing like unit, component, integration, system, performance, user acceptance, reliability, and usability testing
- Knowledge about the software development process.
- Good English writing and speaking skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in Automation Testing.
