Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications before deployment. With deep knowledge of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction.

As a Test Lead at Endava, you will be in charge of developing test strategy, test plan, and implementing automated tests to assure the quality of our software applications. You will take part in a specific project and work directly with our global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of testers, ensuring effective testing strategies and test case execution.
• Analyzing users stories, use cases and requirements, and collaborating closely with other team members.
• Designing, developing, maintaining and extending automation scripts using various frameworks and programming languages.
• Executing all levels of testing, detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
• Managing client interaction.
• Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product life cycle.

• 4+ years of experience working in automation testing in overall 8+ working in testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in creating comprehensive test strategy, test plan, test scenario, and test report.
• Experience in building automation testing frameworks from scratch.
• Experience in Web Services & API automated testing.
• Experience in OOP and Java programming.
• Basic knowledge in SQL query.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and acquire domain knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have:

• Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) experience would be a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing tools.
• ISTQB CTFL Certification or equivalent quality assurance certification.
