**Mô tả công việc**:

- Work with Helpdesk team to support end users (Relation to System, Network, Security, );
- Monitor the performance of the network;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems;
- Planning and reporting the cost of replacing or updating relation to infrastructure;
- Monitoring and Implementing security to protect system and network;
- System Inventory Monitoring.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- At least 1-2 years experience in IT Network Infrastructure;
- Having Microsoft Office 365 administration experience is a plus
- Experience in setting up and maintaining network security and system (switch, firewall, gateway, Vmware, Windows Server, Fortinet, NAS );
- Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure;
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Proactiveness, positiveness, and high teamwork spirit.
