As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow our most strategic client relationships, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager based overseas. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, consultative partnerships
- Develop deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and needs
- Create and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions that address client requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities and expand business
- Provide regular updates on account performance and act as an advocate for client interests
- Contribute to the development of the key account management strategy and best practices
- Direct report to Deputy General Manager in Hong Kong Head Office.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a key account management or senior sales role, preferably in a plastics industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, strategic client relationships
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
- Work under pressure.
- Willing to travel locally and globally.
