FORTHEKIDS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (FTK) is a regional consultancy specializing in green transition services. Our offices are based in Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia, with upcoming expansions in Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar. We support all-sized businesses around Asia in developing and implementing strategies related to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), carbon footprint and sustainable transformation.

We are seeking a sharp and driven **Sales Executive** who thrives in sales, market research and cross-functional project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, results-oriented and passionate about business growth and sustainability.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify B2B leads in ESG and sustainability sectors
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Follow up with leads to drive sales conversions
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
- Support and optimize the sales process to ensure it scales with FTK’s growth goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to support ESG report delivery (research, documentation, basic data handling)
- Work with the team in driving the continued development of the product.
- Coordinate with Marketing in building brand credibility across channels to drive B2B sales
- Support cross-departmental project tasks and keep workflows on schedule
- Other tasks as assigned to support FTK’s growth and operations
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B business development, including direct sales responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
- Skilled in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office and Canva.
- A fast learner with sharp analytical thinking and research ability
- Highly organized, responsible and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
- Confident in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders across countries
**Fluency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory**
