Iot Solution Engineer

**Your team**:
Our Customer Solution Support team is looking for an **IoT Solution Engineer - Vietnam (all)**.

In this dynamic role, you will tackle a wide range of customer issues, collaborating closely with our product teams to deliver effective solutions. With your technical expertise and passion for innovation, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating seamless integration of our products, and providing valuable support.
This full-time position is located in the APAC region. However, you will work with customers from around the world and use your knowledge to provide service excellence in all of our operating regions.

This role can be home office in Vietnam or remote within APAC time zones.

**Your mission**:

- You work together with our different product teams on 2nd level customer tickets that will come with a huge variation of issues to be resolved;
- You coordinate the solution within 1NCE and our suppliers after the analysis of the issue. You ensure that the customers are satisfied with the resolution. If required, you also coordinate escalations towards our suppliers;
- You are performing an important contribution for the success of our product, ensuring that our customers understand our product and can integrated it successfully in their environment;
- You support our pre-sales team in customer appointments by adapting our products to customer specific environments;

**Your skills**:

- You are experienced with the architecture of a mobile network;
- You are able to control an IoT device/modem e.g. from a Raspberry Pi / Arduino to initiate network attach, create a PDP context, etc.;
- You are able to troubleshoot network issues, interpret network traces, detect and resolve possible issues;
- You have good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, MQTT, HTTP, GTP, MAP);
- You have experience with programming languages to create scripts to be used during daily work (e.g. Bash, PHP, Python, Perl, SQL, C++);
- You have experience in public cloud environments - AWS preferred;
- You are familiar with incident
- and problem management (e.g. according to ITIL);
- You have had first experience with Atlassian products - Jira/Confluence are preferable;
- You have hands-on mentality, we do not walk past challenges or push them to the side;
- You are a strong team player, as we achieve our goals by working together;
- You have good communication skills and power of self-assertion, we share a lot of talks with each other;
- You have good English skills in speaking and writing, any additional language skills would be an advantage.
