**Measures of success -**

**In three months, you would**:

- Have known on a simple process on things needed to be done once a brief is received
- Have known how to process admin/finance documents

**In six months, you would**:

- Have able to coordinate between media owner, planning team, production team, and clients
- Have the ability to understand production technicalities and able to articulate it

**In 12 months, you would**:

- Have able to come up with content ideas
- Have the ability to do cost controlling and maintaining revenue above 20%
- Have the ability to meet client satisfaction in content project management after each project

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Assist Content Manager with the execution of larger content campaigns
- Work autonomously on smaller scaled content campaigns
- Manage the delivery of integrated content projects on a daily operation basis
- Monitor the content performance delivery to constantly provide solutions with Manager/larger team for effective project management
- In charge of administrative requirements, including contracting and paperwork
- Input information that is reported in the system i.e., budget, phasing, etc.
- Evaluate outcome and put together the end of campaign reporting
