**About D2C for Enterprise**:

**What You'll Do**:

- **Demand Planning & Inventory Controlling**:

- Responsible for managing demand planning (coordinating with internal teams such as Commercial/Marketing for Sell-in/Sell-out Management).
- Manage AnyMind's and AnyMind's clients' inventory. Responsible for ensuring ATP parallel with managing SLOB, Aging, Shelf-life of products.
- Responsible for developing work procedures (internal Supply Chain team, with other teams, and with clients).
- Act as the Main PIC in handling, monitoring & storing purchase orders.
- **Fulfillment Operation**:- Responsible for managing products in the warehouse, processing orders, controlling Warehouses & Fulfillment Vendors.
- Develop fulfillment operation procedures and related issues regarding inbound/outbound/discard management/lost & damage control at the warehouse.
- Control the service quality of warehouse/transportation providers.
- Optimize lead time delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to synchronize Fulfillment Operation data with total business.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or related field
- Minimum of 03 years experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in a Manager role
- Understanding of demand input factors (seasonality, distributor's inventory policy ) as well as the effect of demand on the downstream factors (inventory, capacity, lead time, cost...)
- Understanding of eCommerce is advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with P&L knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
