Assess students’ entry-level proficiency and assign classes based on their levels.

Organize class openings according to the center’s schedule.

Monitor classes and ensure teaching quality.

Assist in developing curriculum and learning programs.

Support in coordinating and arranging teaching schedules for instructors.

Collaborate in providing support to both teachers and students during the learning process.

Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

- or fourth-year university students, or graduates with a degree in English or related fields.

Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn, and disciplined.

Proficiency in all four English skills (particularly speaking) is an advantage.

Flexible, adept at problem-solving, and good interpersonal skills; a pleasant appearance is a plus.

Prior related work experience is a bonus.

Must own a personal laptop and have proficiency in office software.
