**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|**About the role**

We are looking for a talented **Presales Engineer** with expertise in **cybersecurity solutions**, focusing on **Palo Alto Networks** technologies.

This role will report to Technical Manager

**As the Pre-Sales Engineer, you will**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical consultation.
- Design and propose cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on **Palo Alto Networks**.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Lead Demo, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and fit.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|**About you**

**The ideal Pre-Sales Engineer**:

- ** Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in cyber security
- Proven experience in designing and deploying cybersecurity solutions, particularly with **Palo Alto Networks** or other vendors like: Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of network security, firewalls, threat prevention, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto products (e.g., **Next-Generation Firewalls, Cortex XDR, Prisma Access** and solutions is a plus.
- **Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g**.,** CEH, CCNP**, PCNSE**) are highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in networking and security protocols.
