The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Quản lý, chia tuyến, đào tạo, hướng dẫn đội ngũ tài xế xe máy (rider) tại trạm.
- Giám sát, hướng dẫn công việc, sắp xếp nhân viên Điều phối làm việc theo ca tại trạm giao nhận.
- Quản lý hành trình đơn hàng giao, lấy, trả đúng với tiêu chuẩn và quy định công ty.
- Chủ động xử lý các sự cố phát sinh hằng ngày trong phạm vi công việc tại trạm giao nhận. Đưa ra các hướng dẫn và các giải pháp thiết thực tại các trạm giao nhận được phụ trách.
- Chịu trách nhiệm truyền tải, trao đổi thông tin, phổ biến quy trình, quy định chung của công ty đến nhóm nhân viên làm việc tại trạm.
- Báo cáo hoạt động giao hàng định kỳ theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp và đề xuất hướng giải quyết nếu có.
- Những công việc khác được Công ty giao tùy từng thời điểm.

**Requirements**:

- Có ít nhất 6 tháng tại vị trí tương tự (có liên quan đến Logistic, chuỗi cung ứng, vận chuyển,...)
- Hiểu và nắm rõ về các tuyến đường trong địa bàn.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu báo cáo.
- Có thể làm báo cáo và phân tích dữ liệu bằng Excel.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống quản lý đơn hàng.
