About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development
- Implement well-structured, reusable, and maintainable code in line with best practices.

2. Architecture & Design
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define app features and requirements.
- Architect, design, and optimize Flutter apps for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

3. Code Quality & Reviews
- Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members.

4. Performance Optimization
- Identify performance bottlenecks and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.
- Implement and maintain best practices for app performance, user experience, and platform constraints.

5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

6. Testing & Maintenance
- Ensure robust test coverage using unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as needed.
- Track and monitor app performance in real-time to maintain user satisfaction.

7. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development.
- Advocate for process improvements, new technologies, and best practices to enhance development efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:

- At least 2+ years of experience specifically with Flutter and Dart.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Deep understanding of Flutter widgets, state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.), and platform-specific integrations.
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other data-fetching mechanisms.
- Experience with mobile-specific performance optimization, memory management, and profiling tools.
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Experience integrating third-party services (Firebase, payment gateways, analytics tools).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for backend services.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for learning and staying at the forefront of mobile development trends.
