- Hỗ trợ xây dựng hệ thống quản lý toàn bộ nội bộ và các quy định vận hành để đảm bảo sự an toàn
- Hướng dẫn và tổ chức đào tạo nội bộ cho nhân viên về HSE tại trung tâm và văn phòng làm việc
- Tổ chức diễn tập sự cố khẩn cấp/phối hợp tổ chức diễn đàn PCCC cho nhân viên
- Kiểm tra giám sát nội bộ các quy trình, vận hành đảm bảo an toàn
- Tổng hợp các báo cáo dữ liệu về an toàn, theo dõi quá trình xử lý và tổng đánh giá để đưa ra các cải tiến trong quy trình hướng đến mục tiêu an toàn cao nhất tại trung tâm
- Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ về PCCC tại trung tâm đảm bảo đúng quy định pháp luật
- Giám sát chất lượng dịch vụ bảo vệ nội bộ và cho thuê bên ngoài tại các trung tâm
- Các công việc khác được giao bởi Trưởng phòng Tuân thủ và An toàn

Job Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Ứng viên có kiến thức và khả năng đánh giá các tiêu chuẩn về an toàn và rủi ro là một lợi thế
- Có kỹ năng sắp xếp khoa học, logic
- Ứng viên có kiến thức về HSE, quy trình PCCC là một lợi thế
- Linh hoạt, giao tiếp khéo léo
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng: word, excel, powerpoint,
- Phù hợp với văn hóa công ty: Đam mê, chính trực, trách nhiệm, cải tiến, hợp tác
