Job Purpose

- ONE Tech Stop Vietnam Company Limited, in Danang, is a newly established subsidiary which specializes in the design and development of IT products for our Head Office through innovative and efficient digital solutions._
- We use the agile methodology to bring out the best deliverable results in the shortest possible time. Our objective is to provide the best customer experience to Ocean Network Express and her customers._
**What you will do**:
- Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
- Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team's members
- Explain to the development team about the product's market & users
- Creates the Persona and Customer Journey Map
- Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)
- Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
- Prioritize requirements based on their values and maximize those values
- Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality
- Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
- Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow
- Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
- Define and validate product KPI and monitor it
- Communicate with business stakeholders
**Who we are looking for**:
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Marketing / Economics / SCM or practical experience in project management/planning
- Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development
- Communication & negotiation skill
- Organizational & analytical skill
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Data-driven focus
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development
- Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus.
**Nice to have**:
- Good knowledge of Software Testing Technique.
