MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing banquet events to ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Plan, organize, and execute banquet functions including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and sales teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Supervise banquet staff; provide training and daily briefing.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling requests, complaints, and special needs promptly.
Monitor event setup, service, and breakdown to meet company standards.
Control inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
Manage cost and labor to optimize banquet profitability.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
At least 2-3 years of experience in banquet or F&B management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Fluent in Vietnamese; English communication is a plus.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
