**DUTIES**
- Planning for maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Planning to buy spare parts for the factory
- Controlling monthly maintenance costs
- Managing the import and export of equipment at the factory
- Support production in OEE analysis and prioritize maintenance tasks to optimize OEE
- Make root cause analysis for main breakdowns to improve reliability of equipment
- Managing and following the CMMS system
- Implement Performace excellent program in the plant
- Managing labor safety and fire prevention in the factory.
- Repairing, and maintaining the machinery and equipment in the factory.
- Monthly reporting on energy use. Analyzing the cause of any abnormal changes
- Carrying out the training and operation of machinery and equipment for production staff.
- Performing and maintaining quality management system ISO related to the maintenance department.
- Rebuilding or updating procedures and regulations related to the maintenance department.
- Assigning the tasks for employees according to the working schedule
- Supervising the work of the subcontractor related to the maintenance department, labor safety, and fire prevention in the factory.
- Training to improve the skills of employees; evaluating the working efficiency of employees.
- Performing other tasks as required by the superior.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the assigned machinery is always in good condition; the preventive maintenance plan is controlled and updated appropriately for each device and spare part

Ensure the occupational safety of employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure that fire prevention equipment is in good condition when problems occur and the fire alarm system is operated stably.

YOUR PROFILE
Knowledge:

- Education level: Graduated from University in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial electricity
- Foreign language: basic English communication; be able to read and understand English materials.
- Informatics: Word, Excel, AutoCAD

Experience: 1 years experience in the same position

Skill;
- Situation solving, problem-solving skills
- Motivation skills.
- Ability to work independently
