**Overall Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing effective marketing strategies for the owned product line and plans channels to bring products to customers
- Identifies target markets, develops product positioning, marketing mix to win them. Cultivate and nurture content for each marketing relationships with customers in strategic vertical markets to support ongoing definition of differentiated product values.
- Builds product awareness, owns the product marketing calendar, e.g. key events, campaigns; promotions. Ensure all planning aligned with marketing budget
- Owns the lead generation engine: capturing, nurturing, and sales conversion. Own the tracking mechanism of each campaign, having the mindset to leverage each
- Develops customer relationship programs, continuously enhances the delivered customer experience, increases Customer Lifetime Value.
- Commit to Product business objectives.

**Market Analysis**
- Conduct research on customer demands, and product trends. Own the market research project
- Periodically analyzes market situations and competitors.
- Researches competitive solutions and maintains competitive evaluations

**Internal Collaboration**
- Collaborates with functional marketing teams to execute Go-To-Market, campaigns, customer services.
- Guides content writers and designers to prepare marketing materials and assets, sales toolkits (e.g. EDM, product presentations), and other materials that deemed necessary.
- Supports Product Manager (and internal teams) in ensuring the internal readiness of related functions and department to execute product marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Service department to improve customer success and maximize the LTV of customers.

**Yêu cầu**:

- 4+ years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably in the high-tech industry and B2B
- Experience in CRM, conducting market analysis, developing market messaging, and communicating benefits
- Experience in Digital marketing management, manage agency, manage digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical capacity with experience presenting and communicating findings to a variety of stakeholders, including the executive team. Familiar with working with complicated spreadsheet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some copywriting skills
- Business acumen and budgeting experience knowledge
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situation
- Passion in learning new tech and self-learning from scratch.
