Job SummaryWe are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to play a key role in our talent acquisition process. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing and Screening (50%): Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements. Maintain an updated candidate database. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Process Management (30%): Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and ensure seamless service delivery. Organize and conduct on-site and off-site recruitment activities, including job fairs, university programs, and online assessments. Negotiate offer packages with selected candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employer Branding (20%): Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mass recruitment, preferably in a BPO company.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English (or Mandarin Chinese): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (or Mandarin Chinese).
This position offers a competitive salary range of $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
