About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Recruiter to join our team at Diamond Foundry. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit top technical talent across various semiconductor and engineering disciplines.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to facilitating interviews and negotiating offers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry, hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D engineers or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in various technical fields.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
