About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our AI security product suite. As VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, working closely with the CTO and leadership teams
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging challenges and opportunities in the AI security space
  • Transform product insights into a well-defined and strategic roadmap for new product opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within the company
  • Lead the product development process from discovery to launch
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive product improvements
  • Develop strong partnerships with customers and partners to deliver value-based solutions
  • Drive internal and external communication to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality products

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience working at startups and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with new solutions to customer pain points
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
  • Proven leadership skills and prior experience building high-performing teams
  • Experience in cybersecurity, familiarity with AI and platform products
