Wastewater Treatment Specialist

Company Overview: People Profilers Vietnam is a reputable company in the field of industrial real estate, seeking an experienced professional to lead our Environmental team.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is 80 million - 120 million VND (approximately $3,500-$5,300 USD), commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Engineer who will oversee the development and execution of environmental systems in industrial zones, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and EIA reports.
• The incumbent will be responsible for organizing and completing related permits, such as environmental permits and operating permits, for clients' projects.
• This role requires reviewing EIA reports prepared by consultants for projects developed by the company across various locations.
• You will evaluate environmental aspects of customers planning to build factories in industrial zones, ensuring operation and law compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections on internal and external areas of the Industrial Zone related to environment, coordinating with authorities or local communities to resolve issues.
• Supervise and mentor an Environmental team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental major
• Experience with Central Wastewater Treatment Plants
• Understanding of regulations and laws related to environment
• Awareness of environmental aspects in factory operations, including wastewater, air emission, hazardous waste, etc.
• Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies
• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
