Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Testing Specialist to join our team at Dikshatek. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing full stack testing plans, ensuring the highest quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive full stack testing strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
  • Work closely with Infra and other Engineering teams to deploy software in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineers to identify solutions to discovered issues.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of processes and project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation testing.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and technologies.
Working Conditions:

This is a 12-month contract position with a guaranteed salary of $18-$20 million. The working hours are from 9pm to 2am VNT. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
