Main Purpose of Role:
Contact flexibles & Tube & Decoration accounts for more than 30% of total Vietnam packaging spend, biggest contribution from Contact flex, following by Tubes and Décor. Flexibles is a key format across BGs, especially for Homecare in VN. While Tubes mostly for Skin care & Oral care.

This role will be responsible for supporting the Vietnam market buying of Contact Flex, Tubes and Décor packaging across all BU and helping drive the procurement sourcing agenda connecting it with Global strategy. This role will be based in Vietnam.

This is a techno-commercial role where, understanding of packaging, supplier landscape, cost models will be utmost important to help businesses grow & also stay profitable. Plastic Sustainability is also a key element for the role.

Main Accountability

This role will have accountability of agendas for portfolios Contact Flexible, Tube & Decoration.- Responsible for procurement sourcing and supply management for 3 portfolios Contact Flexibles, Tubes and Decoration of Vietnam market that come from 15+ key suppliers, with 46+ mE spend and high complexity of specs and AW changes.- Intensively develop and manage supplier strategy, supplier resilience and lead all procurement sourcing activities with cross functions.- Mange Cash & Cost & Price Forecast. Define and execute saving projects to deliver the most effective cost to business.- Manage Contract price update by quarterly or yearly basis depend on portfolios.- Leverage volume and drive harmonize & simplification to maximize value and reduce the complexity.- Leverage benchmarking and negotiation to maintain the price competitiveness and bring the best cost for business.- Manage sustainability roadmap & cost mitigation for contact flexibles and tubes also the key agenda.- Closely engage with across team to deliver all Innovation projects, provide the best proposal for business case, shorten the network, support business for ad hoc service as well as quality, supply capacity issue.- Manage suppliers’ performance & Compliance in term of Contract & Capacity & Delivery service & Quality & USQ.- Support the global Big bet projects for the portfolio.- Big data analytics & Reporting

Professional Skills:
- Senior procurement professional with atleast 3-5 years of experience across procurement operation & buying- Expertise in buying preferably in flexibles packaging & hardcore buying skills.- Strong Negotiation & communications skills- Digital and analytics knowledge- Senior Stakeholder management & Working matrix organisation.- Financial acumen for business cases and reporting- Experience in Procurement transformation projects, tools and technologies.- Conversant with Procurement tools like Ariba, SAP, Coupa & Power BI & good presentation skills.

Experience Required:- At least 3 to 5 years solid experience in Procurement, Sourcing & Supplier Operations- Good buying, negotiation and contracting skills- Expertise in supplier development, preferably in packaging space- Good understanding of Sustainability, circular economy and processing technologies- Experience on large-scale project management roles- Demonstrated and proven leadership capabilities to lead a virtual global team- Experience of working in matrix organisation structure- Good command of English.
