**Job brief**

We are looking for an experienced technical product manager (TPM) who is fluent in communicating in English to manage client projects and the project’s engineering team for the purposes of delivering a reasonably complex project on time, within scope, on budget, and whose quality meets the company and software industry standards. The TPM collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, aligns the project team members, and plans and manages the project resources and roadmaps so as to meet project objectives.

The TPM is an excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence and can convey information to a diverse group of stakeholders (technical and non-technical). He/she has strong leadership skills to facilitate cross-collaboration and understanding stakeholders and the project team, and to develop and maintain productive internal team relationships. The TPM has strong project management skills to manage the project deliverables, resources, budget, and schedule through the Scrum agile methodology. Finally, the TPM has strong technical experience at leading technical design and architecture discussions across cross-functional teams and oversee software requirements(including design, architecture, and testing) and hardware requirements (system design, hardware selection, etc.). He/she is good at identifying the “right” problem to solve, breaking the problem down into digestible pieces and synthesizing those pieces into a technically executable solution and the known technical challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors, and project stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop and manage the project scope and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop and manage the project resource plan, risk management plan, and development roadmap employing a Scrum agile methodology.
- Oversee software requirements (including design, architecture, and testing) and hardware requirements (system design, hardware selection, etc.).
- Manage project release efforts, monitor performance, and prioritize improvements in project quality, cost, supportability, and delivery.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions across cross-functional teams (internal, vendors, stakeholders)
- Analyze complex systems and architect solutions in collaboration with the engineering team to unblock and maintain delivery timelines, and to define and streamline cross-functional and vendor dependencies.
- Develop and maintain productive internal project team relationships.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Generate targeted reportsfor different internal and/or external audiences
- Stay current on the latest news, information, and trends on program/project management and in the organization’s industry.
- Adhere to and promote the studio culture, values, and practices.

**Requirements and skills**
- 5+ years of industry experience with a full test-driven software development cycle.
- 3+ years of working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Experience managing and shipping 2+ projects with a core engineering team of 4+ engineers
- 3+ years of experience managing resources and projects using Jira’s Scrum system.
- 2+ years of experience setting up and maintaining project documentation using Confluence.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and mobile, cloud, and/or web technologies
- Excellent communicator who can convey information to diverse groups of stakeholders across a variety of different formats, including translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Bachelors in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
