**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Consulting and planning to build integrated management system SHEQ in the whole corporation according to IMS / ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, C-TPAT / TAPA,
- Research/report on new SHEQ management systems, development trends and economic development policies of markets/customers.
- Organize the implementation, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency and train the management system according to the standards of IMS/ ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, C-TPAT/ TAPA,...
- Work with Operations for damage & loss from transport & warehouse, updating into online corporate report & issue CAR in that case.
- Work with relevant departments to implement customer satisfaction survey Y-score.
- Support Departments and Sites to do CAR 7 steps analysis and complete corrective actions & preventative actions.
- Carrying out internal audits throughout the group.
- Planning and supporting the Head of SHE to organize a leadership review meeting about the SHEQ system every 6 months
- Conduct new drafting, guidance, and implementation and compliance assessment of the document system of the delegation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each group's system in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost, occupational safety and health, and report to the Head of SHE Department.
- Monitor all product development processes to identify deviations from quality standards
- Collect feedback from customers to evaluate whether their requirements are being met
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Deploy, guide and support functional departments to implement the system improvement model: improve equipment and tools, regulations and processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency..
- Analyze trends of analysis results to take corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with other departments. (Manufacturing, Engineering ) investigates food safety/quality problems to take remedial & remedial measures.
- Making statistics, proposing rewards. Update system-wide information, internal propaganda about monthly initiatives.
- Carry out or assist in compiling, editing, distributing, withdrawing, updating the system of documents, records, system of business processes for the company's activities in accordance with the standards. IMS/ ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other standards.
- Implementation guidance and supervision of the implementation of processes, documents, regulations, etc. have been approved and promulgated.
- Planning and reporting the management budget plan to the Head of SHE Department.
- Organize the development of training plan on system operation and training plan on SHE standards.
- Prepare documents, related system records and support the reception of audit teams, project customers of the company.
- Maintain relationships with external assessment, consulting and training organizations, related to SHEQ integrated system and management system according to other standards.
- Look for improvement opportunities and develop effective new processes
- Other duties as assigned by SHE manager from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food science/technology, quality management, technical,
- At least 5 - 7 years of working experience as quality assurance supervisor / ISO lead auditor / ISO consultant.
- Clear communication in Vietnamese, in English is a plus Illustrate the ability to listen and learn
- Illustrate the ability to work independently or proactive to drive best practices standards
- Have experience in building, deploying and implementing the Environmental, Social Governance (ESG).
- Have experience in compiling training materials and organize the training courses.
- People management, Facilitation skills, strong communication skills, coaching skill
- Problem solving & Decision making
- Must possess a basic understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis and basic math.
