**Yêu cầu**:

- Tối thiểu 3-5 năm trong ngành thiết kế. Có kinh nghiệm về game hoặc agency là một lợi thế
- Hồ sơ thiết kế thể hiện các kỹ năng về đồ hoạ trong nhiều lĩnh vực, thể hiện tư duy về art và khả năng sáng tạo trong thiết kế
- Thành thạo Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, v.v.) và các phần mềm thiết kế liên quan khác
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và đưa ra ý kiến khi cần thiết, hướng dẫn được cho junior design, có khả năng hợp tác hiệu quả với các thành viên trong nhóm
- Có khả năng multitask, giải quyết vấn đề khó khăn bằng tư duy thẩm mỹ, tính sáng tạo và đề xuất hướng giải quyết tích cực
- Có đam mê với ngành game và mong muốn đóng góp vào việc phát triển các trải nghiệm chơi game chất lượng cao
- Hiểu cơ bản về các khái niệm AI và các ứng dụng tiềm năng của chúng trong thiết kế đồ họa
