We’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join us on an exciting journey As a key member of the Marketing team at **Chợ Tốt**, the Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creative thinking, art direction, and design execution. You’ll be responsible for developing and bringing to life creative works for **Chợ Tốt** and its vertical brands (**Nhà Tốt, Việc Làm Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe**).

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take charge of developing and finalizing creative works and adaptations for Chợ Tốt and its vertical brands (Nhà Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt) across both internal and external communication channels.
- Design graphics for a diverse range of B2C and B2B branding and commercialization projects. This includes key visuals (KV), print ads, social media content, branding campaigns, corporate identities, and event materials such as POSM, backdrops, and promotional/advertising materials. Create both above-the-line and below-the-line designs that align with the overall conceptual vision.
- Collaborate with Copywriters to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts that drive brand engagement. Jump into brainstorming sessions when needed, bringing your creative flair to life.
- Work closely with the Design Lead and Copywriters to translate ideas into visuals, crafting the layout of social content, and turning data into eye-catching graphics and diagrams. Use images, text, and color to make complex ideas simple and engaging.
- Ensure all content produced adheres to brand personality, follows brand guidelines, and meets project objectives. You’ll also evaluate the productivity and quality of the Design team’s output.
- Handle any additional design tasks as required, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically within an advertising or creative agency, with a focus on IMC/social campaigns.
- Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to conceptualize and design from scratch.
- Highly creative with a diverse range of ideas and solutions for every creative brief.
- Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, imagery, and typography.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design, art, and digital trends.
- Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
