Join the Project Management Office (PMO) Team of VNG Corp's Digital Business (DB) division. You will play a significant role in supporting our 2023 strategic goals by interacting with various departments including Sales/Business Development, R&D, SOC, among others. Your contribution will ensure seamless coordination and standardization of our operations and business plans across our product suite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in Business Planning & Goal Setting: Facilitate realistic business plan formulation, product goal setting, and revenue target setting across DB's various business units.
- Cost Management: Assist business units in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, focusing on areas further from immediate revenue generation or lacking stability.
- Sales/Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to review and optimize their strategies and processes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster effective collaboration between the centralized COE, R&D team, SOC team, and various business units.
- Cross-Selling Support: Facilitate the development and implementation of cross-selling initiatives across the product suite.
- Process & Tool Standardization: Review, standardize, and oversee the implementation of tools and processes managing tech resources, projects, and priorities.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards across tech products and operations.
- Sales & Business Development Support: Review and standardize CRM, Pipeline, and tracking systems.
- Training & Development Support: Collaborate with relevant teams to review and streamline training and development initiatives.
- B2B Marketing Support: Review and standardize B2B marketing capabilities and processes.
- Business Discipline: Advocate for effective meetings, follow-ups, KPI & goal tracking.
- Cultural Building: Foster a common culture and enhance bonding and connections across different teams in DB.

- Prior experience in a PMO role, preferably within a digital business or tech-oriented company.
- Proven experience in business planning, cost management, and supporting sales/business development.
- Experience in reviewing and standardizing processes and tools.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting training and development initiatives.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles.
- Experience in promoting and tracking KPIs.
- Proven ability to influence culture within a team or organization
