International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Hong Kong reputable securities company.

Our client is looking for a Head of Research and Investment Strategy with a deep understanding of investment products. The job is based in Ha Noi.***

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and publish daily market comments, stock picks, and updated financial indicators reports on companies and industries for public investment analysis.
- Create investment presentations for clients and prospective clients, representing the Company at conferences/events to build its brand and public image.
- Conduct thorough research on business sectors, financial and stock markets, economic trends, regulations, and laws to identify investment opportunities.
- Support investment advisory departments in serving clients by providing advice and assistance.
- Develop stock rating models and propose securities portfolios for margin lending, seeking approval from Hong Kong risk department.
- Conduct internal training on specialized topics related to investment analysis.
- Handle media inquiries within the scope of analytical expertise.
- Manage and guide employees to achieve their KPI work objectives.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Economics, Accounting-Finance, Enterprise Management, Banking Finance, or Auditing.
- Certificates: CFA/CMT, Securities Analysis Professional Certificate, TOEIC 700/IELTS 6.0 or Chinese HSK 5 (fluent English or Chinese required).
- Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical analysis/quantitative analysis in securities investment.
- At least 2 years of experience in Chef economist, chef strategist, or deputy head of research position in the Securities industry.
- Expertise:

- In-depth knowledge of investment products, including stocks, bonds, and fund certificates.
- Extensive understanding of business appraisal, investment project evaluation, macroeconomics, risk management, corporate finance, investment strategy, and banking capital sources.
- Familiarity with technical analysis principles such as Dow theory, bankruptcies, market exits, moving averages (MA), charting, analysis of trading volume, confirmation techniques, wave principles, Elliott wave theory, etc.
- Good understanding of the Vietnamese stock market.
- Skills/Abilities:

- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective team management abilities.
- Attitude, Communication, and Mindset:

- Decisive, cautious, and cooperative mindset.
