- Quản lý các kênh bán hàng trực tuyến: Quản lý và tối ưu hóa các kênh bán hàng trực tuyến như sàn thương mại điện tử, mạng xã hội để tăng cường trải nghiệm mua sắm của khách hàng và đạt được mục tiêu doanh số. Thực hiện đăng thông tin sản phẩm, các chiến dịch hợp tác với sàn trong các ngày sale lớn, kiểm tra và cập nhật tồn kho, tổng hợp doanh thu và báo cáo, làm việc với KAMs phụ trách, set up link affiliate và commission cho KOL/KOC hợp tác.
- Phân tích dữ liệu và tối ưu hóa: Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu thị trường và hiệu quả của các chiến dịch marketing để đưa ra những quyết định tối ưu hóa hiệu quả làm việc.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan: Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận khác như sales, thiết kế, content, KOL/KOC, Digital Marketing để đảm bảo sự thành công của các chiến dịch marketing.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực marketing, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các thương hiệu Hàn Quốc, kinh nghiệm làm việc với các nền tảng thương mại điện tử tại Việt Nam (Shopee, Tiktok)Có hiểu biết sâu và kinh nghiệm phân tích dữ liệu (Data Analyst).
- Thành thạo tiếng Hàn ( Topik 04 trở lên)
- Trình độ chuyên môn: Cử nhân (Ưu tiên các bạn tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông hoặc Hàn Quốc Học)
- Có khả năng sắp xếp, điều phối và tổng hợp các kế hoạch của team Marketing thành một kế hoạch hoàn chỉnh.
- Có khả năng quản lý sàn TMĐT, sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ của các sàn TMĐT
- Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu tốt, đưa ra báo cáo và đưa ra các quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.
- Có tư duy sáng tạo, đưa ra các ý tưởng mới mẻ và độc đáo.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.
- Có đam mê với lĩnh vực marketing và thương hiệu.
- Có khả năng chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
- Am hiểu về thị trường, biết nắm bắt xu hướng thị trường.
