Junior Accountant

**Working Conditions**
- 100% Remote | Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
- **Working Hours (Vietnam Time) - Monday: 8PM - 12AM; Tuesday to Friday: 8AM - 12PM & 8PM - 12AM; Saturday: 8AM - 12PM.**

**Salary: 12 - 15 million VND per month (approx. $485 - $610)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions to the general ledger.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses as required.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Assist in monitoring budget performance and variance analysis.
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory reports.
- Stay current with changes in accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and software.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Provide support to other finance team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
