What this job involves - support Admin team with all soft services
What is your day to day?
To provide an overall Facilities Management oversight services and assist the team with operational activities in finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. Oversee Soft Services such as Janitorial and Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscape.
To provide administrative support to on-site team.
Ensure hygiene and environment safety of the site

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Associate's Degree in a related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
