- Works with the Office Managers to oversee and administer the implementation and maintenance of facilities processes ensuring the consistency of performance among all offices
- Facilitates the collection, recording and payment of facilities related invoices
- Ensures provision of necessary services and supplies in support of each office’s operations
- Monitors office seating capacity
- Ensures the receipt, recording, review and reconciliation of all rent and rent related invoices
