**Key Responsibilities**:

- **iOS and Android Expertise**: Utilize your deep knowledge of iOS and Android development to optimize and enhance app performance and user experience on both platforms.
- **Code Quality**: Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
- **Performance Optimization**: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal app performance on various devices.
- **Third-Party Integration**: Integrate third-party libraries and APIs seamlessly to enhance app functionality.
- **Bug Fixing**: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, bugs, and crashes in a timely manner.
- **Mentoring**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a React Native Developer with a strong foundation in iOS and Android development.
- Proven experience with native iOS and Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin).
- Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
