**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer specializing in iOS with a proven track record of innovative thinking and exceptional proficiency in Flutter and Swift development.

Role and Responsibilities As a Senior Flutter Developer (iOS), you'll be instrumental in crafting and maintaining our cutting-edge Flutter products tailored specifically for iOS platforms. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate within a dynamic startup environment alongside experienced developers and designers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and implement efficient and scalable Flutter app structures tailored specifically for iOS devices, focusing on performance and sustainability.
- Stay Updated with the Latest Flutter Trends.
- Display strong project management skills, leading projects from inception to completion and providing guidance and leadership within the organisation.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter development.
- Proficiency in Swift (iOS) with 2-3 years of practical experience.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC, software design patterns, and Swift proficiency.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a drive to lead within the organisation.
- Passion for contributing to the growth of our brand.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Crafting optimised Flutter app architecture for iOS.
- Backend architecture development.
- Ensuring cross-platform and mobile user responsiveness.
- Solid organisational skills and familiarity with design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in startup environments is valued.
- Proficiency in backend development.
- Remote work and virtual team collaboration experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Flexible full-time schedule.
- Fully remote position.
- Mandatory usage of Time Doctor (time and task tracking software) for all remote team members.
