**Job summary**:
To accelerate the Company strategy and develop new and grow existing business for us through Services & Solutions and step-up our efforts in the digital space to enhance brand value, business and organizational efficiency, we are now looking for a Application Engineer for Vietnam. Work location to be based in Ho Chi Minh City reporting directly to the company Application Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
1. As a bearing maintenance and technical support specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding the technical needs of our customers and communicating them clearly and accurately to both them and our team.
- Collaborating closely with our sales team, generating new opportunities, and helping to create value-added solutions for our customers.

2. As a technical solutions provider for industrial customers, your main duties will include
- Delivering and facilitating internal and external training sessions.
- Managing customer relationships at the engineering level.
- Preparing necessary technical reports and solution proposals in both English and Vietnamese as needed

**Experience requirements**:

- Practical experience and skills in maintaining industrial rotating equipment, and willingness to work on-site.
- Ability to comprehend the customers' business and needs.
- Good skills in planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
- Self-reliant, self-motivated, and self-disciplined work style.
- Ability to work well with local, regional, and area teams.
- Basic knowledge of key industries.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Good command of English and translation skills.
- Ability to use basic electronic literature and software (preferred).

**Education requirements**:
**1.** **Qualification**
- Diploma or higher degree in mechanical engineering or related field

**2.** **Specific experiences**
- At least 3 years experienced in mechanical maintenance for rotating equipment in industrial segments (Metal/Steel, Mining/Cement, Pulp & Paper, Power )
