**Job description**:

- Quản lý dự án offshore làm việc với đối tác Nhật Bản.
- Hiểu expectation của khách hàng, interface trực tiếp với khách hàng không thông qua comter.
- Tiến hành estimate/review estimate task của team, quản lí tiến độ, quản lí issues/risk dự án, quản lý chất lượng dự án.
- Lên kế hoạch phát triển dự án (mục tiêu, resource, milestone, wbs, rủi ro...)
- Thực hiện, đo lường, giám sát công việc của member trong team.
- Thực hiện, đo lường, giám sát tiến độ, chất lượng tổng thể của dự án theo quy trình của khách hàng.

**Your skills and experience**:
**KỸ NĂNG CẦN THIẾT**
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành IT liên quan: Công nghệ phần mềm, hệ thống thông tin, khoa học máy tính...
- Có kỹ năng lập trình trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm, hiểu biết sâu về ít nhất một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình như: Java,.NET, PHP, Python, NodeJS, ReactJS...
- Có kinh nghiệm 3 năm trở lên ở vị trí quản lý dự án hoặc tương đương.
- Có kiến thức về Cloud Server: AWS, GCP, Azure...
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế hệ thống phần mềm, thiết kế database.
- Có kinh nghiệm 3 năm trở lên tham gia công đoạn basic design, detail design ở dự án với khách hàng Nhật.
- Có tư duy logic tốt, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và khả năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Có tiếng Nhật tương đương N2 trở lên hoặc kĩ năng kaiwa tốt.

**ƯU TIÊN**
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm BrSE tại công ty Outsource cho Nhật
- Ứng viên có chứng chỉ quản lý dự án PMP, PMI-ACP hoặc các chứng chỉ thuộc hệ thống PMI
