**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Tiếp nhận và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng online/onsite.
- Quản lý, thiết lập hệ thống mạng nội bộ bao gồm lưu trữ, cấu hình modem, router, Wifi, Switch, các thiết bị mạng, điện thoại.
- Quản lý hệ thống mạng và Server AD
- Cài đặt Windows, Windows Server. Hiểu biết Macos là một lợi thế.
- Thực hiện công tác kiểm tra hệ thống bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ
- Hướng dẫn người dùng các kỹ năng sử dụng thiết bị CNTT
- Khảo sát và tư vấn giải pháp nâng cấp hệ thống CNTT khách hàng.
- Phối hợp/ hỗ trợ đội ngũ Sales để tư vấn sản phẩm.
- Tham gia triển khai dịch vụ và dự án.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Kinh nghiệm yêu cầu tối thiểu 2 năm:

- Có kinh nghiệm về phần cứng máy tính, máy in, thiết bị mạng (Wifi, Switch, Modem, camera ).
- Có chứng chỉ MCSA, CCNA. Có chứng chỉ MCSE, CCNP, Microsoft 365 là lợi thế.
