Digital Marketing and Event Manager

QIMA is looking to hire a passionate Marketing Project Manager with experience in both Digital Marketing and Event Management. The role will report to both the Digital Marketing Manager and Lab Testing Manager.

You will be working as a member of the Marketing team to support the growth of our Lab Testing business in South East Asia. You will create and maintain web content, organize events the web analytics of the company's marketing sites while also documenting and training other Marketing Team members how to use analytics reports.

**The Job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand stakeholders’ needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple stakeholders and recommend solutions
- Explore marketing opportunities with local associations and events to increase awareness for our lab presence
- Manage budget and process approvals among stakeholders
- Learn and get familiar with QIMA’s services locally and globally
- Project Manage digital content tasks, by overseeing the task resources, backlog and release
- Review newly added digital content tasks to ensure all necessary Comms & Design assets are known and ready for Web Dev
- Help document and maintain process workflows, collecting feedback and optimizing

**Requirements**:

- University graduate
- Solid experience in managing a Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong ecommerce and supply chain background for understanding the business
- Knowledge for agile methodology, DevOps and software lifecycle management a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
- Event management experience is preferred
- Experience in multi-national environment
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Flexibility on handling ad hoc projects
