**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market data research (related to player trends, game types, and game genre metrics) to identify new product development opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans for mobile games, including producing creatives, running, and optimizing UA (user acquisition) campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, and Ironsource.
- Explore creative production using the latest AI tools.
- Monitor metrics and evaluate marketing activities' effectiveness using tools like Firebase, Ironsource, and Appsflyer.
- Set KPIs and budgets for each campaign, balancing costs and revenue.
- Manage, recruit, and train marketing team members, ensuring alignment and achievement of business goals.
- Foster a positive working environment, motivating the team to achieve high creativity and productivity.

**Job Requirements**:

- Develop and optimize 2D/3D game features to ensure outstanding performance on iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
- Design and implement gameplay systems, including interaction mechanics, game logic, and innovative features.
- Build backend systems using Node.js, Photon, or Python to support real-time gameplay and multiplayer features.
- Work with Unity DOTS (ECS) to optimize performance and handle large-scale projects.
- Integrate and manage backend services such as Firebase, PlayFab, or other cloud solutions to support data storage, analytics, and live-service features.
- Use the Scriptable Object (SO) pattern for flexible, maintainable game data management and storage.
- Enhance player experience by managing resources, improving scene structures, and minimizing load times.
- Utilize popular plugins such as DoTween for smooth animations and Odin Inspector to streamline Unity Editor workflows.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and development processes.
- Collaborate with related teams (Art, Design, QA) to implement new features and ideas, maintaining project schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Unity development with excellent C# programming skills.
- Deep understanding of Unity DOTS (Entity Component System) and high-performance processing systems.
- Experience building or integrating backend systems using Node.js, Photon, or Python stack.
- Proficient in designing and implementing complex gameplay features.
- Skilled in using popular Unity plugins:

- **DoTween Pro**: Efficient animation and motion management.
- **Odin Inspector**: Optimizing Unity Editor interface and advanced property customization.
- **Scriptable Object Pattern**: Modular, maintainable game data management.
- Expertise in optimizing games for mobile and other platforms.
- Proficient with resource management tools like Addressables and Asset Bundles.
- Experience in UI/UX design optimization and integration from Figma into Unity.
- Strong knowledge of AI systems, including Behavior Trees, Pathfinding, and advanced navigation systems.
- Skilled in tools like Git and object-oriented programming (OOP) methodologies.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with successfully launched game titles.
- Familiarity with live-service features like in-app purchases (IAP) and ad systems (Applovin, Unity Ads).
- Knowledge of user analytics and data optimization using tools like Firebase or Appsflyer.
- Working experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
