**Responsibilities**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving brainstorming, planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre-event, set-up, execution and post-event.
- Coordinate smoothly and communicate clearly with team members, employees, vendors, supporters and designersto make the Event run its best.
- Support paperwork and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- For Fresh graduated or Final year students, at least a 6-month internship commitment.
- Good writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Passionate about Events & Communications
- Key characteristics: Friendly - Dynamic - Integrity - Dedication - Creativity - Teamwork - Well-Organized - Logical thinking and Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, and structure your own working day in line with our hybrid working mode
- Openness to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
- Students majoring in English, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, and related majors are preferred
