**Job description**:
**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business processes and collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document RPA workflows using Blue Prism.
- Create and review BRD and SDD for automation projects.
- Deliver and support RPA solutions during onsite and remote client engagements.
- Provide L1-L3 support, resolve incidents, and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
- Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvements.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Degree in in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years in Blue Prism.
- Exceptional ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
- Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
- Proven experience on developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.
- Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile)..
- Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
