- Understand business requirements and translate into technical language
- Conduct interview with PIC / SME to gather and analysis requirements
- Suggest suitable automation model to PIC / SME
- Document project requirement, flowchart, solution design, etc
- Communicate across levels and teams to understand business features
- Conduct internal communication activities to motivate automation mind set and share knowledge to across internal teams

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Data Science/ IT/ Business Administrator
- Business analysis 1-2 years experience
- Understand RPA concept
- Experience with one of RPA platform such as UiPath,
- Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS, JavaScript SQL, NET, Python is preferable
- Able to self-study on emerging technologies
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and deal with changing priorities
- Nice to have Data Analytic skills, AI development experience
