Giai đoạn 1: Đào tạo cách làm nội dung bán hàng (1 tháng)

Nội dung chi tiết:

- Hòa nhập văn hóa doanh nghiệp trẻ trung, năng động tại Thành Vinh Holdings.
- Đào tạo kiến thức Marketing cơ bản, các quy trình và chiến lược hiệu quả.
- Đào tạo các kiến thức chuyên môn về video bán hàng thu hút.
- Thực hành trong việc xây dựng content thu hút cho video bán hàng.
- Đào tạo các kiến thức chuyên môn về Landing Page.
- Thực hành xây dựng Landing Page chuyên nghiệp, tối ưu hóa chuyển đổi.

Giai đoạn 2: Đào tạo cách chạy quảng cáo (1 tháng)

Nội dung chi tiết:

- Hiểu rõ bản chất và vai trò của quảng cáo trong kinh doanh Online.
- Đào tạo kiến thức tổng quan về các nền tảng quảng cáo (Facebook, TikTok, Google,..)
- Kiến thức về chính sách quảng cáo, cách setup chiến dịch và theo dõi chỉ số, xử lý vấn đề.
- Trực tiếp triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo thực tế trên các nền tảng với tài khoản được công ty cấp sẵn.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Hỗ trợ xăng xe và đóng dấu mốc thực tập.
- Sau 2 tháng thực tập, bạn sẽ được đánh giá và có cơ hội trở thành nhân viên chính thức với mức lương hấp dẫn từ 8 - 15 triệu/tháng (chưa bao gồm bonus, thưởng).
- Được đào tạo bài bản, được thực hành chi tiêu tiền thực tế với ngân sách và tài khoản quảng cáo không giới hạn của công ty.
- Mỗi nhân sự đều được định hướng lộ trình phát triển phù hợp theo điểm mạnh của từng cá nhân, giúp bạn phát huy tối đa tiềm năng bản thân.
- Được tham gia làm việc cùng đội ngũ Marketer đã có kinh nghiệm thực chiến nhiều năm tại các thị trường Châu Á và Châu Mỹ.
- Tham gia vào các hoạt động workshop, sự kiện của công ty, giao lưu, học hỏi từ các chuyên gia hàng đầu và mở rộng mạng lưới quan hệ trong ngành Marketing.
- Làm việc trong môi trường năng động, trẻ trung với lộ trình thăng tiến rộng mở, phát triển sự nghiệp bền vững cùng công ty

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các trường Cao đẳng, Đại học (có thể tham gia thực tập Full-time, không nghỉ quá 3 buổi/tuần).
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, được đào tạo bài bản khi tham gia.
- Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính và các phần mềm văn phòng.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, truyền đạt tốt, có khả năng kết nối và xây dựng mối quan hệ.
- Có khả năng tự nghiên cứu, học hỏi từ tài liệu công ty cung cấp và sáng tạo trong công việc.
- Tư duy cầu tiến, chủ động trong công việc và ham học hỏi.
- Đặc biệt: Đam mê lĩnh vực Marketing, bán hàng và mong muốn thử thách bản thân, vượt qua giới hạn bản thân.
