***What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Responsible for the underwriting of loans involving alternate data which involves cash flow data related to banking and billing/payments data, financials and other data sources like marketing and credit bureau information
- Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
- Execute key underwriting activities, such as credit scoring and risk assessment, due diligence in accordance with firm policy guidelines of prospective companies in the pipeline
- Assist in developing and implementing country specific credit risk scorecards to standardize and localize credit evaluations of prospective companies
- Continuously track and improve the Straight Through Decisioning Funnel, develop automated lending strategy, which seeks to continuously increase the proportion of decisions process automatically
- Collaborate on technical matters with the product and engineering team to improve the automated data extraction and processing of various types of data and data sources
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate for information requests and follow ups with prospective companies.

- 3+ years of relevant credit risk experience, including underwriting, KYC process compliance, risk management

- Adept at working collaboratively as part of a team, actively contributing to the leadership, sales, product, and engineering departments.
- Excellent coordination skills to effectively liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
