To this end, we are seeking an experienced Technical Art Trainee who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- About the position- Sparx* is currently looking for Technical Artist trainees who are half an engineer and half an artist, speaking the language of the programmer but can dance to the tune of an artist. Dancing between the often-blurry line of technical limits and artistic vision

- Responsibilities
- Installation and troubleshooting of art software, plugins, and scripts.
- Supporting producers and team leaders in setting up new projects and tools deployment.
- Training art teams in using specific tools and best practices.

- Qualifications
- **Soft Skills**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate English, especially in listening and reading comprehension.
- Independent, pro-active, showing initiative. - Demonstrated skills in self-learning and self-research.
- Good logical and critical thinking.
- Good team work spirit with the will to support others.
- Interested in games and game development process.

**Technical Skills**
- Basic knowledge of one or more 3D content creation software (Maya, 3D Studio Max or Blender)
- Basic game engine experience, e.g. Unreal, Unity, Construct, Godot...
- General MS Windows knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

**BONUS POINTS**
- Knowledge of one or more programming language (Python, C++, C#)
- Knowledge of a version control systems, such as Git, Perforce or SVN.
- Art portfolio showcasing one or more CG discipline (modeling, texturing, rigging or animation)
