By joining the team, you have a chance to be involved in handling new request fulfillment, supply, and support requests from different users in order to provide a best-in-class development and IT Infrastructure environment for users/use cases.

You will be a member of the global support team, and work with many different customers and partners around the world in contributing to the satisfaction of the customers.

**Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following**:

- Studies and analysis of environments based on priorities and serve as ground for further decisions and/or implementation.
- Provide operating services including supplying and provisioning requests from different users on the existing IT infrastructure environment.
- Drive new IT service/solution/feature development.
- Guarantee up time and performance for network infrastructure which include network devices such as router, switch, firewall gateway, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions such as VPN and cloud-based network.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation of network.
- Document input and report.
- Inventory management.
- Close cooperation with other teams to drive the requirement towards the relevant teams.
- Provide transformation of selected legacy environments & solutions to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Actively contribute to our customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- At least 3 years working experience as a Networking Engineer.
- Good English communication skill.
- Good analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure.
- Good knowledge about IP network design and operation.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining network security for network devices (switch, firewall, router, gateway, Wi-Fi).
- Good management skill in leading a technical team.

**Nice to have**:

- Having following IT-related certificates would be a plus:

- Cisco CCNP, CCNA
- Linux
- Experienced with scripting language such as Bash, Python.
- Have experience with Cloud, Docker and Kubernetes.
