**Back Office Executive Job Description**

We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive to join our busy back office team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.

To ensure success as a back office executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top
- class back office executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.

**OUR DUTIES AND TASKS**:

- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Complete entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses, organizing receipts, and completing other transaction records.
- Collect information and documents from clients and fill out forms (training will be provided)
- Provide account access, usage reports, data analysis, and other ad hoc requests for team members.
- Support quality assurance checks of various internal and client facing reporting.
- Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments.
- Being verbally skilled as its crucial in effectively explaining complex information.
- Curiosity as it is important to learn about customer needs and expectations.
- Patience as it is necessary to guide customers in a patient manner.
- Willingness to continue learning as it is crucial to stay up to date with industry trends.
- Being open-minded to travel to different countries is essential in providing a better understanding of our programs and enhancing outstanding customer support.
