**SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD**

**ROLE INFORMATION**
- Location: Binh Thanh - HCM
- Direct report: General Director (Vietnamese)
- Working day: Mon - Fri (2 Saturdays), 1 day work from home in week

**1. JOB PURPOSE (Need to Deliver)**

Lead the end-to-end supply chain functions (purchasing, planning, logistics, customer service & distribution) to ensure delivery of quality product with leading level of service to customers at lowest cost and inventory.

**KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)**
- **Supply Planning: Ensure / Approve the planning of production, raw and packaging materials and finished goods delivery are well managed in order to meet demand at highest level of service, at minimum level of inventory, enable efficient utilisation of factory resources and minimise Slobs.**
- **Review and monitor on a rolling basis production, material & finished goods stock requirements based on volumes derived from strategy numbers**
- **Define critical areas and work with supply planning / purchasing / production/ logistics etc. to ensure future requirements are being addressed**
- **Prepare and monitor S&OP meeting, highlight key issues and provide analysis for decision making.**
- **Agreed supply planning plan**
- **Agreed supply model and stock level**
- **Agreed additional resources to handle/overcome potential supply issues**

**Purchasing**: Ensure the sourcing plan to be aligned for raw and packaging materials for short and long terms with Asia SC and drive value creation plans to improve margins and minimise impact of cost increase

**Logistics including Import and Export**
- Manage logistics flow from raw and packaging materials planning to Factory delivery (freight, insurance and services)
- And from warehouses and to Customers’ premise for finished goods (domestics and oversea)
- Ensure international trade, local regulatory and tax compliance throughout the full flow.

**Customer service**
- Manage SOP for all local and export sale.
- Enhancing Customer satisfaction (including customer complaints, Voice of Distributors VOD)

**1) **Complexity of SKUs and Long supply LT

Context
- SKUs FGs: Local (229) + Export (696)
- SKUs RMs: Local (172) + Export (188)
- SKUs PMs: 1,094 for both Local + Export

Initiatives
- Localize RMs and PMs
- Formula simplification & standardization (RMs)
- Color/ Design consolidation (PMs)
- SKUs rationalization (FGs)
- System automation

2) Storage limitation (pallets and tank storage)

Context
- Tanks: In house capacity is just about 70-80% of demand
- FGs: In house capacity meets 50% of demand only

- SnOP enhancement

- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field.
- Advance certificates are a plus: CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, CTL etc.

- Minimum 10 years experienced in different functions of the supply chain. Functional head or senior functional manager just below functional head in a leading organisation.
