Vị trí tuyển dụng**: GA&HR Officer - Recruitment**
- **Job Description**_

a. Human resources: 60%
- Involve in the whole recruitment process, from working on the job description to on boarding
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions: ensure required recruitment timeline and quality of recruitment
- Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives; develop working relationships within universities to aid in recruiting
- Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports: recruitment status, cost etc.
- Attend exit interview, analyze the turnover rate and propose solutions for employee retention
- Employee data and profile maintenance

b. Administration: 40%
- Organization of company events to connect employees more to enhance collaboration among departments
- Arrangement of travel for foreigners and staffs, controlling of printing services and other administration work
- Transportation arrangement and control, including driving policy related tasks
- Other duties as assigned by GA&HR Manager
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English language or equivalent
- Have 4~5 years’ experience in recruitment and administration, preferably in a foreign company
- Have experiences as a recruiter in engineering & construction is an advantage
- Good at English skills (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
- Good at MS office as word, excel, power-point presentation
- Good interviewing skills, communication skills, interpersonal skill, proactive and high responsible person
- Good time management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multi-tasks
- Careful, honest, initiative, and able to work under high pressure

- Lịch làm việc: Giờ hành chính từ thứ 2 - thứ 6.

Lương: 12.000.000₫ - 16.000.000₫ một tháng

- Đại học (Ưu tiên)

Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
